How the subscription works
You choose the day
You set a fixed weekday and time window. That day and time don't change for the whole period; it's reserved from capacity in your name from the start.
We choose the design
Every delivery is built from the best flowers that came from the market that morning — different every week. Guaranteeing the same bouquet fresh for six months is impossible; subscriptions that promise a fixed design end up either substituting or sending old flowers.
Pause while you travel
Going away? Pause the subscription for up to 8 weeks, or skip a single week you don't want. A skipped delivery is added to the end of the period — you never lose a delivery you paid for.
You still get the photo
Subscriptions get the photo too: we send you a picture before every delivery leaves. Don't like it, we rebuild it — the same flow as a single order.
How vase exchange works
We bring the vase on the first delivery and it stays ours. On every visit we take the old vase away and leave a fresh, fully hydrated arrangement in its place. Nobody in the office cuts stems, changes water or washes vases — that's what an office subscription actually sells.
Frequently asked
Does it auto-renew at the end of the period?
No. When the prepaid period ends the subscription simply finishes and we let you know. We don't quietly renew and charge your card — we deliberately didn't build that model.
Can I choose which flowers arrive?
Not individually, but you can note a colour world and anything you don't want (allergies, scent sensitivity, a variety you dislike). The workshop sees that note on every delivery.
Can I change the address?
Yes, from your subscription page. If the new address is outside our delivery network we'll tell you — we never quietly promise delivery outside our coverage.
Can I cancel?
Once the period has started remaining deliveries aren't refunded, but you can freeze the subscription and spread the remaining deliveries over any period you like. Cancel before any delivery and you get a full refund.
How is invoicing handled for office subscriptions?
For office subscriptions we open an account and issue one monthly e-invoice; there's no separate payment per delivery. Card prepayment is also available.
