Delivery
Where we go, and how long it takes
Our workshop is in Ortaköy. What we can promise changes with the real distance from there, and we don't hide that difference — a broken delivery promise costs more than a lost sale.
European core
Delivered in 90 minutesAsian core
90 minutes between 11:00–16:00; a 3-hour window otherwiseWe only promise 90 minutes to the Asian side around midday. The reason is simple: you cannot get from Ortaköy to Kadıköy in 90 minutes during weekday bridge traffic between 17:00 and 20:00. In those hours we offer a 3-hour window instead.
Outer districts

We can't deliver here yetThe Princes' Islands need a ferry, and Şile and Silivri are out-of-city distance. We can't honestly promise same-day fresh flowers there, so we don't promise it at all.
