How it works
What we take into account before promising
Almost every flower site in Turkey writes “same-day delivery” and never gives you a time. That isn't a promise, it's a hope. We give you a real window before you order — and never show one we can't keep.
The delivery window is calculated from four inputs
- The recipient's district
- The real distance from the Ortaköy workshop. We promise 90 minutes all day to the European core, and between 11:00–16:00 to the Asian core.
- The traffic right now
- On weekdays between 17:00 and 20:00, bridge traffic nearly doubles the drive. The engine applies that as a coefficient — which is why the promise we make to an address in the morning isn't the one we make in the evening.
- How long the design takes
- A simple bouquet is 20 minutes, a prestige arrangement 50. We use the slowest item in your cart.
- How full the workshop is today
- We handle 25 orders a day. Once capacity is full the site opens no new windows for that day and offers tomorrow instead. That check is built into the code and can't be overridden by hand.
We send the photo before it leaves
The number one trust gap in Turkish flower e-commerce is one sentence: “the flowers that arrived aren't the ones in the photo.”
So before your flowers leave the workshop, we send you a WhatsApp photo of the design built for you that day. If you don't like it we rebuild it while the courier waits — no extra charge, no explanation asked.
We prove we delivered
Whoever sends flowers is often not even in the city, and their biggest worry is whether it arrived. After delivery we send you a photo of the handover, the time, and the name of the person who received it.
We don't sell flowers that aren't in the cooler
Only designs we can actually build from that day's stock are open on the site. A sold-out design is marked “sold out today”; we never substitute. Seasonal designs — peonies, for instance — come off the site when the season ends rather than sitting there as if in stock.
We don't use struck-through fake prices
Writing 10,999 TL, crossing it out and selling at 1,399 TL is the fastest way a premium brand can lose credibility. Our prices are single and real. Discounts only come through a genuine, time-limited coupon.
If we miss our promise
If we miss the delivery window we gave you, we remake the order free or refund it. That's our mistake, and we won't ask you to justify it.
